Documents and site access

Contract or agreed BOQ, current progress claim, previous claims and payments, variation records, drawings and site access.

Includes a site visit. Visit timing and the payment period covered are agreed before the review.

How the appointment works

Start with a free initial discussion, brief technical comments and a high-level price sense-check where the available information supports it. We then send a quotation covering scope, fee and timeline. After acceptance, we issue an invoice. Detailed work begins once the agreed deposit and necessary information are received. The deposit is usually 50%; terms can be discussed.

Basis and limits of the review

The payment position follows the available records and relevant contract terms. Concealed work may require supporting evidence. Progress valuation is not continuous site supervision or a comprehensive quality inspection.

Where information is incomplete, we explain what can reasonably be assessed and what remains unresolved.
