Documents and site access
Contractor quotation or BOQ, architectural and structural drawings, MEP information and available specifications.
Document-based review. The number of quotations and depth of review are confirmed in your proposal.
How the appointment works
Start with a free initial discussion, brief technical comments and a high-level price sense-check where the available information supports it. We then send a quotation covering scope, fee and timeline. After acceptance, we issue an invoice. Detailed work begins once the agreed deposit and necessary information are received. The deposit is usually 50%; terms can be discussed.
Basis and limits of the review
The Owner Estimate is based on the available design, defined scope and stated pricing assumptions. It is not a guaranteed contractor offer. Missing information is recorded for clarification.
Where information is incomplete, we explain what can reasonably be assessed and what remains unresolved.
